At Aabharanam, we strive to ensure you are happy with every purchase. However, if your item arrives damaged, we offer a replacement within 2 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

📦 Conditions for Return or Exchange:

1. Only damaged items are eligible for replacement.

2. A valid unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage.

3. The video must start before opening the package and continue till the product is fully unboxed — with no pauses, cuts, or edits.

4. Please use both hands to open the package and ask someone to record the video to ensure clarity.

5. The item must be unused and returned with the original brand tag intact.

6. We reserve the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
